Process & Results

Implemented an asset management tool that provided the organization an automated, accurate consolidated asset equipment list with product details from installation through end-of-life.


Customer complaints were reduced by 60% with the implementation of an 800 # help desk to provide Tier II and Tier III software and hardware maintenance.
