Developed an enterprise tool to assess a Soldier’s level of overall fitness across five dimensions of readiness: Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Family.

The tool is used by Army leadership to develop programs to improve the overall fitness of soldiers.

Process & Results

Developed a secure robust web-based platform that provides comprehensive data collection and reporting capability designed to measure, track, and assess fitness of all U.S. Army Soldiers with annual reassessments.

The tool uses a custom-built artificial intelligence engine to present users with questions and answers, in a survey format, that allows the Army to proactively identify individuals or groups that may at risk and provide early intervention services. Provided the Program Management, Software development & Application Management, Security regulations compliance and overall IT Governance.

After deployment, provided Tier I through Tier 4 Helpdesk services. All active duty soldiers are required to
access annually.
